PolyFlex TPU95 is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) based filament specifically engineered to work on most desktop 3D printers. It has a shore hardness of 95A and can stretch more than 3 times its original length.

Printing Requirements:
– Direct extruder with a gear ratio mechanical advantage highly recommended.
– Will be very difficult to print with a small nozzle diameter.
If using a stock, older style printer – we would recommend printing VERY slow. Make sure your printer is not setup as Bowden – any large gap between your extruder and hotend will cause printing issues.
