[The Champion Machine that Broke Numerous Records]
The Repsol Honda RC213V was Honda’s factory machine entered in the MotoGP class of the 2014 Road Racing World Championship. It was an improvement on the previous year’s model that had won the championship, with refinements including a front cowl with a revised air intake shape, more aerodynamic cowls, a tough aluminum twin-tube frame, a water-cooled V4 engine with pneumatic valves, Honda’s unique seamless transmission, and even various electronic control systems. The riders were Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa. M. Marquez won 13 races, including 10 in a row at the start of the season, and D. Pedrosa also won one, winning 14 out of 18 races, dominating the season and bringing home the triple crown of rider, constructor and team titles that year.
