ขนมปังคันทรี่ซาวร์โด

ขนมปังทำจากแป้งสาลีไม่ขัดสี เแป้งโฮลวีท และแป้งไรย์สีดำ หมักนาน 18 ชั่วโมง

เนื้อเหนียวหนึบ เปรี้ยวเล็กน้อย ย่อยง่าย ไม่มีส่วนผสมของไขมันและน้ำตาล
ไม่ใช้สารเสริมและสารกันบูด

น้ำหนัก 680 กรัม
ส่วนประกอบ: แป้งขนมปังไม่ขัดสี, แป้งโฮลวีท, แป้งไรย์สีดำ, น้ำ และเกลือ

หั่นหนา 1.2 ซม. ได้ประมาณ 12 ชิ้น
ขนมปังอยู่นอกตู้เย็นได้ 4-5 วัน

สามารถเก็บในช่องฟรีซได้ 2 เดือน
ไม่แนะนำให้แช่ตู้เย็นช่องธรรมดาเพราะจะทำให้เนื้อขนมปังแข็งและแห้ง

Country Sourdough
A fermented flour and water mixture that contains wild yeast and good bacteria which produces tangy flavour and slightly chewy texture.
This naturally leavened bread doesn’t contain any additives.

Weight 680 grams.
Ingredient: Unbleached bread flour, whole wheat flour, dark rye flour, water, salt

Can be sliced up to 12 slices for 1.2 cm thickness.

The bread can stay fresh for 4-5 days in room temperature.
Can be stored in the freezer for 2 months.
Not recommended to store in the fridge as the bread will get hard and stale faster.
