ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การให้การรับประกันเปลี่ยนสินค้าได้ โดยเกิดจากการใช้งานเท่านั้น เช่น จอดับ มีดอท มีเดด เครื่องค้าง ฯลฯ
แต่กรณีที่มีจุดบกพร่องที่เกิดมาจากขั้นตอนการผลิตโดยไม่กระทบถึงการใช้งาน เช่น รอยขนแมว สีไม่เสมอกัน จะไม่รวมอยู่ในเงื่อนไขการรับประกันสินค้า 5 วันของทางร้านนะคะ

ทางร้านเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายสินค้าแบรนด์ Dell เป็นสินค้ามือ 1 สินค้าใหม่ กล่องยังไม่แกะทุกชิ้น ก่อนนำส่งสินค้า ทางร้านมีบริการเปิดเช็คสินค้าให้ว่าสินค้าไม่มีความเสียหายใดๆ เช่น หน้าจอ ไม่แตกร้าว ไม่มีดอท หรือเดด

การรับประกัน =>>> นับจากวันที่ในใบเสร็จ 5 วันแรกเปลี่ยนสินค้ากับทางร้านได้ หลังจากนั้นในระยะเวลารับประกัน (แล้วแต่รุ่นสินค้า)
ลูกค้าต้องโทรติดต่อ Dell Support จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่มาดูแลให้ถึงบ้าน เป็นบริการแบบ Home Service ให้เก็บใบเสร็จไว้เป็นใบรับประกันค่ะ
