9. สามารถรับบริการที่ ศูนย์สมองและระบบประสาท ชั้น 1, 2 รพ.กรุงเทพอินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล ทุกวัน จันทร์ – ศุกร์ 07:00 – 18:00 น. และ เสาร์ – อาทิตย์ 07:00 – 17.00 น.
10. ราคานี้สำหรับคนไทยและ Expat เท่านั้น

วันหมดอายุ E-Coupon 
1. E-Coupon มีอายุการใช้งานภายในวันที่ 31 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569
2. หาก E-Coupon หมดอายุ รพ.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การเข้าใช้บริการ และ E-Coupon ไม่สามารถขยายระยะเวลาในการใช้บริการหรือคืนเป็นเงินได้
3. ชุดตรวจสุขภาพราคานี้ สามารถสั่งซื้อได้ถึง 31 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2569 เท่านั้น

หมายเหตุ
1. ในกรณีที่ลูกค้าประสงค์จะยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อด้วยเหตุผลที่ไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับโรงพยาบาลหรือเหตุผลทางการแพทย์ โรงพยาบาลขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือยกเลิกสินค้า
2. ยอดเงินที่ระบุในใบเสร็จเป็นยอดชำระจริง ไม่รวมส่วนลดจากโปรโมชั่นใด ๆ

1. This service is reserved for those who present an E-Coupon only.
2. This E-Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. E-Coupon is only applied to specific items as mentioned and changes cannot be made.
4.These packages are for outpatients who are physically dependent. 
5.These packages exclude doctor fees in case additional specialists are required.
6. The price excludes additional tests, investigations or medical consultation in case of positive findings. 
7.These packages exclude treatment fees or medications prescribed by the doctors, if any. 
8. Further information or to make an appointment, please contact Neuroscience Center  at +66-23103011 (operating hours: Monday – Friday 07.00 a.m. – 06.00 p.m. / Saturday – Sunday 07.00 a.m. – 05.00 p.m.) or the Contact Center at 1719.
9. Services can be received at Neuroscience Center 1st and 2nd Floor, Bangkok International Hospital.
10. The price is applicable to both Thai nationals and expatriates.

Expiration Date of E-Coupon:
1. The E-Coupon is valid until January 31, 2026.
2. If the E-Coupon expires, the hospital reserves the right to deny service access, and the E-Coupon cannot be extended or refunded.
3.This health check package can be ordered until January 31, 2026.

Note:
1. In cases that customers request to cancel an order for reasons not related to the hospital or medical purposes, the hospital reserves the right not to issue a refund or cancel the product at its discretion.
2. The receipt amount displayed is the actual payment received, excluding any promotional discount.
3. After completing the purchase, customers will receive an online receipt only. If a physical receipt is required on the day of the visit, it can be requested from the cashier.
