Taste note : Gokou This Matcha has a soft, juicy mouthfeel with a medium, clean finish and a touch of astringency. The green notes evoke flavors of cooked, buttered peas and edamame, with subtle smokiness and nutty hints of walnut and hazelnut. Mineral notes of chalk add a unique layer, while a gentle creaminess and a delicate floral undertone of osmanthus provide a refined, aromatic depth.
