Ensuring optimal thermal insulation and tear resistance, the silicone sock also provides the nozzle with long-lasting protection from cooling air and plastic adhesion.

This premium silicone sock can handle printing temps of up to 300c. Designed specifically for the Bambu Labs Hotend

The primary purpose of a silicone sock is to help keep your hotend at a more consistent temperature, reducing the amount of times your heater needs to cycle. As an added benefit, the silicone sock will keep filament from sticking to your heater block.
